The Benefits of Raw Chocolate and Food Prep Class at Sedona Raw Café
Due to much request, the Sedona Raw Café is offering of many
food prep classes, at the café. “The benefits of Raw Chocolate” will be presented by
renown chocolatier, Kelly Johnson, along with Chocolate samples. Instruction will focus on the techniques of dehydration and
will be presented by co-owners, creators and Chefs, Debbie Crick and Jim Bottarini. Some of the café’s
favorite recipes will be shared, including, Live Macadamia Nut Cookies, Veggie Chips and Onion Rings, Spouted Seed Crackers,
Apple Crepes with Coconut Crème topping and Garden Burgers with mock Cheddar cheese. The cost is $45.00 and includes
